Anna's journey began in the kitchens of Eastern Europe, where the aroma of fresh bread and vanilla was a daily comfort. What started as a childhood curiosity quickly turned into a lifelong obsession with the alchemy of baking.
Now based in Fairmount, Philadelphia, she brings the art of classic European patisserie to every creation — mastering everything from delicate Napoleons and honey cakes to custom celebration cakes.

Drawing inspiration from Eastern European honey cakes, French éclairs, and Russian Kiev cake, Anna's creations are a bridge between cultures — rooted in tradition but always with a modern twist.
